We ship Worldwide, using a variety of carriers depending on order size and where it's going to. We're also happy to arrange collection either in person or from your own carriers if you'd rather use your own shipping service - just drop us a line to make arrangements after selecting 'collection in person' at checkout.

Our shipping rates are as low as we can make them based on the actual cost to ship orders to you - no-one likes paying shipping charges, so we keep them as low as we can!

Our standard shipping service for UK orders starts at just £3.25, or £4.50 for express shipping, and is automatically calculated by order weight and value up to a maximum of £11.95 for larger orders (wholesale/bulk shipping is calculated manually based on order size and is at an 'at cost' basis). Shipping options (including cost and choice of carrier and shipping service) are displayed at checkout and when you look at your basket, so you can check the cost of shipping your order at any time.

Our shipping to Europe starts at £5.50, and shipping outside the Eurozone starts at £9.95, and is automatically calculated based on the total shipment weight.

The majority of orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt (not including weekends and public holidays) - you will receive an automated email when your order is dispatched, along with any tracking information available. If you have any questions about shipping, please contact us and we'll be back to you as quickly as we can. For UK orders shipped using economy or economy express options (Royal Mail 24/48), these will have a delivery confirmation number which is scanned by the driver on delivery and provide GPS location data in the event of a delivery problem, so no tracking information will appear prior to delivery being attempted. For larger orders (over 2kg) or orders with courier service selected, there will be a tracking number and courier link with full tracking information.
