Originally designed for someone whose arm was coming out of a cast, it's been used for everything from dry and itchy skin to soothing skin reactions, wind burn and chapped skin, chafing, contact dermatitis, and even post-operative sites once stitches have dissolved. It also doubles up as a handy cream for dry skin, especially hands, elbows, knees and feet.
