Chamomile flowers are used for a wide range of purposes, including crafts and pot pourri as well as for medicinal and culinary uses. Our chamomile is food grade, so can be used in food, herbal teas and flavouring drinks as well as craft use.

It's commonly used as a tea (although it'salso used in making cordials and flavouring drinks), where it has a number of potential medicinal benefits as well as being an enjoyable and relaxing caffeine-free beverage.

The same study found that it's antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties makeit a good choice for use as a digestive tea or to help manage the symptoms of indigestion, nausea, trapped wind etc.
