Hibiscus has a variety of primarily culinary uses. Used for flavouring sweet dishes and drinks, it can be used as a tea as well as to colour and flavour cocktails, gin and spirits. It can also be used to make syrups and cordials. It has a lot of antioxidant flavanoids.
Our Hibiscus is supplied as finely chopped dried flowers, which is grown in Nigeria (we also sell finely chopped hibiscus).. It is supplied in a PLA (bioplastic) compostable bag owing to the fine nature of the flowers.
