Lemon Balm is used as both a culinary and medicinal herb, often in tea form. It's part of the mint family, and is often used as a calming tea as well as to help with nausea, indigestion and stomach issues. It's also frequently used in skincare preparations.
Our lemon balm is supplied as coarsely chopped dried leaves, and is grown in Bulgaria. It is supplied in a simple paper bag.
