Nettle is used as both a culinary and medicinal herb, often in tea form.
It is often referred to as a 'superfood', owing to it's excellent nutritional profile, with more iron per gram than spinach and more vitamin C per gram than oranges. It's main medicinal use is in helping reduce histamine reactions, including hives and hayfever symptoms. It's also used to promote urinary tract health.
Our nettle is supplied as coarsely chopped dried leaves, and is grown in Poland. It is supplied in a simple paper bag.
